prom!!
ha ha it's been a crazy 3 days.
thurs: went to grand hyatt to meet jia jia. her prom nite so me and qing went to do her hair and her friends' make up. it was fun. they all looked great.
fri: tkgs 50th anniversary gala dinner and dance. also nadzie's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY NADZ! hope you liked the presents! sorry about the cake, i didn't know you were not fond of chocolate. the rooms in the swissotel are huge. and the view was great. thank god for qing and melissa chin who made my dress in a record 15 minutes. and just for the record, i got the tkgs prom princess 2003. ha ha still find it strange, but tha family portrait voucher will be great, especially since we'll be leaving soon. just a nice memory. so ya prom was fun. food was... ok. dancing was fun, but my feet hurt so i couldn't go past 5 or 6 songs. and by the time we went back to our room, 5566 - what a number, it was past midnight.
saturday: so we all had our showers and had a little chill out time, then we gave nadzie her presents and her cake. so now i know melissa lim does not like m&m's, and nadz does not like chocolate. well then we also did face masks and stuff. we all looked so hilarious. like some bog monster of something. and we also taught mel lim and zoe how to play bridge.
ya it's true, that i enjoy all of your company, esp joanna and mel lim, better when it's not in a school context. i had a great time this morning. but playing bridge till 5 am means i am so tired now. so i will go to sleep.
